Locums Urology Call Olympia, WA (IMLC accepted)Why This RoleCall-only coverage - no clinic responsibilityIMLC acceptedMultiple openings (2 providers needed)Flexible call structure: 3-4 shifts per week (more if comfortable)Strong support team: 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 APP, 4 office staffLocums-to-perm potential (ongoing supplemental coverage)Assignment DetailsStart: October 1, 2026, ongoingCoverage type: 24-hour beeper call onlyShift times: 7a-7aCommitment: 1 week per month with 3-4 24-hour call shifts scheduled in that week (additional shifts possible if provider is comfortable)Call: Beeper, 20-min responseAverage callback: 4-5 hours daily (varies based on case load)Volume: 15 patients/shiftSetting: Inpatient + outpatientSupport: 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 APP, 4 office staffEMR: EpicCredentialing: 90 daysNearest airport: SEA (Sea-Tac)Clinical DetailsUrology call coverage - adult only, surgical skills requiredRequired: general adult urologyPreferred: percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, renal and bladder US (with biopsy), TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWLNot required: pediatric urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, radical cystectomy/prostatectomy, transplant, advanced pediatric surgeryRequirementsBoard Certified in UrologySurgical skills requiredActive WA license or IMLCBLSActive DEACompensationRate caps apply per facilityMalpractice providedTravel and lodging reimbursed
