Direct Support Professional (DSP)Focus Behavioral Health is looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you'll work one-on-one with adults with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, providing the support they need to build independence, work toward personal goals, and enjoy greater involvement in their communities.As a DSP, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's everyday life.
