We’re seeking a Business Analyst who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. Responsibilities We are looking for a person to join our team in a critical role of the Business Analyst. You will work with our internal client defining and refining the business needs into actionable user stores and tasks. Working directly for the Delivery Lead / Product Owner, you will serve as a liaison between Client team, Development team and Data Warehouse team. You will be instrumental in data identification, data analysis, unit testing and managing user testing & sign off. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, a sense of ownership, good interpersonal skills and excellent documentation skills. Your work will increase efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions / bugs / test failures. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Solid knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile development methodologies. Strong ability to transform / extract required details from higher level business requests Working knowledge of query language such as SQL High level of comfort in excel / access manipulating data A solid understanding of testing and test case development Preferred Skills Knowledge of JAVA, Angular Knowledge of prototyping applications such as Axure Knowledge of Copilot Eligibility Requirements Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
