HR Training Coordinator REPORTS TO: HR Director POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for essential Human Resource onboarding and administrative tasks in relation to Home Health Aide training requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, time management, and Microsoft Office skills. Be self motivated and should need minimal supervision. Be detail oriented and organized. Ability to multi-task competing priorities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Welcome new employees and assist with completing new hire paperwork. Review and audit new hire paperwork for accuracy, as needed. Create new hire training accounts, assign required coursework, and monitor employee progress. Ensure new hires are in compliance with IDOH regulations regarding Tuberculosis testing. Assist with coordinating the completion of Home Health Aide tests. Collaborate with RN Trainer to schedule new hires for competency skills checkoff. Deliver EMR end-user overview training to new hires. Assist with monthly in-service completion requirements. Provide overall support to new hires through the onboarding process. Assist with new hire inquires related to Human Resources, as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
