Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience

As a Residential New Construction HVAC Installer, you'll help install heating, cooling, ventilation, and duct systems in newly constructed homes while working alongside experienced installers and field supervisors. You'll assist with rough-ins, duct installation, equipment setting, trim-outs, and final system completion while ensuring every installation meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.

You'll read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and installation plans, maintain clean and organized jobsites, safely operate tools and equipment, and work closely with builders, project managers, and fellow installers to keep projects on schedule. As your skills develop, you'll take on additional responsibilities and continue building your technical knowledge through hands-on experience and company training.

Previous HVAC installation experience is helpful but not required. We encourage candidates with backgrounds in construction, framing, roofing, sheet metal, ductwork, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical trades, or general labor to apply. Experience working on residential new construction projects is a plus.

Successful candidates have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliability are essential. The ability to read blueprints and follow construction schedules is preferred. RMGA Certification is required or must be obtained after hire. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
