Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? Village Green Health Campus in Greenville, Ohio is seeking caring and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! We are currently hiring for night shift!

**RN Sign On Bonus: $10,000

**LPN Sign On Bonus: $7,500

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor and assess residents’ health status

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Promote a positive and compassionate care environment

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio

• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Passion for working with seniors and long-term care residents

• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
