Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) position available in Miami, Florida. This role involves assisting in surgeries, preparing the operating room, maintaining surgical equipment, and supporting surgical teams within a busy acute hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; minimum of 2 years current experience in an acute hospital setting; strong ortho, neuro, and robotics experience; willing to float to general OR; experience with robotics/Da Vinci surgical systems; familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in assisting with robotic surgeries, scrubbing, and maintaining surgical equipment; ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Information: Prepare the operating room, arrange equipment, assist doctors during surgeries, inspect and maintain surgical tools, keep inventory records, and perform pre- and post-surgical repairs, including shaving, transporting, and dressing applications. No other operational or compensation-related details are included.
