Heating Induction Services, Inc. is a premier manufacturer of custom industrial machinery. We design and build high-performance, precision Induction heating equipment engineered for reliability and heavy-duty applications. We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Industrial Electrical Machine Builder to join our production team and help bring our advanced machine designs to life.
As an Electrical Machine Builder , you will be responsible for the complete electrical assembly, wiring, panel fabrication, and integration of complex induction machinery. Working closely with our mechanical builders and engineering team, you will ensure every machine is wired safely, cleanly, and strictly according to schematics and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Panel Building & Wiring: Layout, mount, and wire electrical sub-panels, enclosures, operator consoles, and main control cabinets from electrical schematics.
- Point-to-Point Wiring: Execute precise point-to-point wiring, cable routing, conduit runs, and component terminations on complex industrial machinery.
- Schematic Reading: Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and bill of materials (BOMs).
- System Integration: Wire PLCs, AC/DC drives, motion control systems (e.g., servo drives/motors), safety relays, sensors, solenoids, and high-power distribution components.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-power electrical systems, induction equipment, or heavy industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic control wiring/solenoid integration.
