Overview Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Automotive Detailers. This position pays $16.00 / hour and will be located at 10010 MANCHACA RD, AUSTIN, TX 78748. Benefits Package Paid time off Consistent full‑time 40‑hour per week schedule Employee discount Retirement savings plan including 401(k) with matching profit sharing Health insurance Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Training and development Available Schedule Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM Monday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols. Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exterior—including cars, vans, and trucks. Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset vehicle settings; check for customer items; place items in Lost & Found; verify registration. Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage. Fuel and stage vehicle. Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights or damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions. Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors. Assist customers when needed, including transport assistance. Help maintain overall site appearance, including interior and exterior of branch locations. Additional Responsibilities Seek self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting to improve job performance. Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality. Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years; if under 21, must have zero moving violations or at‑fault accidents. Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years. Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
