What We're Looking For Experience: Proven track record in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in web and mobile product design. Crypto/Web3 Familiarity: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto, Web3, or blockchain technologies. User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces. Collaboration: Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. About The Role(s) Leading Design Initiatives: Owning the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design. Enhancing User Experiences: Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto-native applications, ensuring accessibility and usability. Developing Design Systems: Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products. Conducting User Research: Planning and facilitating user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions. Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
