Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics Outpatient What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals. Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs. Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
