Project Manager- Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager for a growing commercial construction company. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Handle project documentation, change orders, and reporting
• Conduct site visits and meetings as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Resolve project issues quickly and professionally
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial construction project management required
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Experience working with subcontractors and commercial job sites
