Position Highlights:

Role: Advanced Clinical Pharmacist (Critical Care Focus)
Schedule: Night Shift - 7 on / 7 off (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), rotating weekends
Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with night & weekend differentials
Sign-On Bonus: Available
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical pharmacy support for critical care and inpatient services
Medication order review, dosing adjustments, and IV admixture oversight
Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Support of clinical pharmacy programs and best-practice initiatives

Qualifications:

BS or Pharm.D from an accredited College of Pharmacy
Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)
Open to new graduates (license in hand); hospital or residency experience preferred but not mandatory
