Salesperson

The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals.

Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports to the Franchisee as applicable.

Duties and Relationships

1. Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the Franchise.
2. Qualifies each prospect's wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
3. Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer's needs.
4. Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide "before" photographs for the franchise album.
5. Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
6. Assembles a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
7. Revises proposals or drawings as customers' wants and needs are assessed.
8. Initiates any job change orders.
9. Collects payments from customers.
10. Communicates necessary information to KTU Design Services to enable them to complete a cabinet order. Or, if KTU Design Services is not used complete and place the order herself/himself.
11. Completes the applicable purchase order requisitions.
12. Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
13. Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.
14. Processes all credit card payments from the customer.
15. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Compensation: 100% Commission
