Patient Volume: Average Daily Census 35-45 Specialties: Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Hema/Oncology, Psychiatry Available Coverage Model: Day - 2 Physicians and 4 NPPA, Night - 1 Physician and 1 NPPA Number of Beds: 567 bed hospital Acuity: Level II Trauma Center EMR: EPIC Procedures: Cover Codes; Chest tubes, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Lumbar Puncture and Bronchoscopy needed ICU: Open ICU - Pulm, Trauma and Surgical Services see their own patients in the ICU Fellowship/Residency: EM and FM residency programs on site; EM residents work alongside ICU clinicians; FM residents observe Moonlighting: No Qualifications Education: Critical Care Fellowship Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain Texas medical license Board Certification: Must be board eligible/board certified Experience: Must be able to show procedure logs for above procedures Badges: ACLS and BLS Facility & Clinical Details About CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline-CC: CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline is part of South Texas largest hospital system, CHRISTUS Spohn Health System.
