What we expect:

• Provide customers with sound advice and loan product recommendations based on their goals and needs
• Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
• Set and attain personal goals for sales volume
• Direct Daily Organic Inbound Leads
• Hands-on Training & Management Support
• Leading Mortgage Technology Software
• Largest library of niche loan products (including NonQM/DSCR)
• High Commissions
• Continually establish and maintain pipeline of new customers
• Hold educational sessions in your market

• Stay current on company policies and procedures, watch for red flags and help minimize risk to the company

What we require of you:

• 1+ years loan origination experience
• Current NMLS license required
• Working knowledge of loan product knowledge and pricing strategies
• Maintain a professional attitude and image in your community
