HR Business Partner | Bethel, CT -On-site | $75-110k base Our client, a global leader in advanced engineering and manufacturing for the medical device industry, is hiring an HR Business Partner to join their Bethel, CT site. This is a great opportunity for an HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a direct impact on business strategy and employee experience. This position is onsite 5 days a week, and will pay between $75-110K on a base salary, depending on experience and fit What You’ll Do Partner with site leadership to align talent strategy with business goals Lead recruitment for hourly/temp labor — sourcing, screening, onboarding Support Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and workforce planning efforts Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations Coach leaders on performance management, career development, and discipline Build succession plans and identify training/development needs Ensure compliance with employment law and mitigate HR-related risk What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related discipline 4+ years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Solid grasp of compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment law Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and analytical skills Excellent Technical Skills, ADP Workforce Now, and SuccessFactors a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
