We are seeking a Tax Relief at Source & Reclaim Operations Analyst to support global tax servicing for ADR and ordinary securities. The ideal candidate will have 1 2 years of experience in tax relief at source and/or tax reclaim operations , along with knowledge of custody operations, securities, and withholding tax .

The role involves reviewing tax documentation, processing relief-at-source requests and tax reclaims, monitoring deadlines, resolving exceptions, and coordinating with clients, custodians, internal teams, and tax authorities.

• Review client eligibility and documentation for reduced withholding tax treatment.
• Prepare, validate, and track tax forms, certifications, and supporting documents.
• Monitor income events, market deadlines, and custodian requirements.
• Support client onboarding and tax documentation setup.
• Resolve documentation gaps, missing information, and tax service issues.
• Handle urgent and market-driven tax relief requests.

• Review and validate eligibility for recovery of excess withholding tax.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor tax reclaim packages.
• Coordinate with clients and business partners to obtain required tax documentation.
• Track reclaims through filing, payment, rejection, resubmission, and closure.
• Research and resolve reclaim rejections and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
• Coordinate with custodians, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders on exceptions and payment validation.

• 1 2 years of relevant experience in Tax Relief at Source and/or Tax Reclaim Operations .
• Knowledge or experience in custody operations, securities operations, or global custody .
• Understanding of withholding tax and international tax documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a time-sensitive operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
• Comfortable working with operational systems, trackers, workflow tools, and shared documentation platforms.
