This is an amazing and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team and contribute to projects in Commercial Construction.Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:Managing and overseeing all phases of construction projects, from design to close-outEstimating labor, materials and equipment costs, as well as preparing bids and contractsOverseeing contractors, subcontractors and vendorsNegotiating contract documents, billing contracts and dispute resolutionMonitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications and standardsParticipating in client meetings and site visitsEssential job functions of the Project Manager:Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel in all phases of the projectAdhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean environmentEnsure that each project meets deadlines, budget, and specificationsProject Manager Skills:Proven experience as a Project ManagerProficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. Procore, MS Project, etc.)Excellent knowledge of construction materials, procedures, and standardsStrong organizational, problem solving and time management skillsAbility to motivate personnel and manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, etc.We are looking for a Project Manager for this exciting opportunity who can bring their leadership and management skills to help this well-established team reach their goals.
