We offer rewarding work, recognize achievement, and promote professional growth in a supportive and team-oriented environment.We offer competitive wages, an option for on-demand pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a healthcare team committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.Housekeeping and Laundry Aide ResponsibilitiesPerform routine housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming facility.Provide laundry services for residents, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing personal clothing and linens.Clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned areas in accordance with facility standards.Follow appropriate infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures.Maintain housekeeping and laundry supplies and equipment in an organized manner.Work cooperatively with residents, families, coworkers, and other departments.Help maintain a positive, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.Housekeeping and Laundry Aide QualificationsPrevious housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus.Ability and willingness to perform routine and repetitive cleaning and laundry tasks.Ability to work independently and effectively manage assigned responsibilities.Dependable, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and resident service.Ability to communicate and work effectively with residents, visitors, coworkers, and other members of the healthcare team.Compassionate and respectful when working with elderly, ill, or disabled residents.Equal Opportunity Employer#THCSH
