PHOP Team Members provide proactive outreach, consultation, education, psychological health screenings, and referral services to Reservists, their family members, and USNR/USMCR leaders at Home Training Centers (HTC) and Naval Reserve Centers (NRC) nationwide.This is a hybrid position located in Norfolk, VA, with a schedule of three days onsite and two days remote.In this role, you will:Conduct psychological health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.Link Reservists and their Family Members to "good-fit services" based on identified needs.Maintain accurate and timely case notes to document all service encounters.Prepare outreach materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to educate clients on a wide spectrum of psychological health topics and resources.Provide briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members, and high-level military leaders.Attend meetings on-site and virtually as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings.Conduct weekly in-person visits with various local USNR organizations/affiliate programs.Coordinate with regional site lead and colleagues to ensure all program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a timely manner.Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NRCs throughout the region.This position supports a U.S. Government contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.To be successful in this role, you will have:A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health or clinical degree.2 years of relevant professional experience.U.S. citizenship.Must successfully undergo a background investigation (National Agency Check) and able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.Must be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one (or more) of the following:Licensed Mental Health CounselorLicensed Marriage & Family TherapistLicensed Clinical Social WorkerLicensed Independent Clinical Social WorkerLicensed Clinical Professional CounselorBe available for weekend travel 1-2 times per month (25% of the time).The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.The ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.Professional oral, written, and telephone communication skills.Able to rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, experience, and judgment to perform functions on the job.Be computer literate and have experience conducting internet research, utilizing case management databases, and Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Additional desired qualifications:Experience with telephonic, email, and assessment services as with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is a plus.Knowledge of military culture preferred.If you are interested in supporting and working with our military and a passionate Serco team- then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
