Senior Roadway Engineer

Job Description Senior Roadway Engineer What You'll Be Doing Lead the design and development of roadway projects, including concept, preliminary and final design. Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues that arise. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including AASHTO, FHWA, and state DOT requirements. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
