We are looking for a detailed, logistics-minded leader with strong operations and supervisory skills to join a growing team. (Depending on experience)Hours: Sunday 8:00 am – Finish, Monday – Thursday 12:30 pm – Finish (40 - 45 hours per week)Benefits of the warehouse assistant manager:Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceCompany-paid Life Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (vacation, personal, sick) and Paid HolidaysFresh Food DiscountsDirect hire!!Duties of the warehouse assistant manager:Oversee and streamline daily warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and distribution processesLead, supervise, and delegate daily tasks to warehouse team members to ensure maximum productivityMaintain precise data entry records and utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to ensure data matches physical countsRead and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical procedure manualsRequirements of the warehouse assistant manager:3–5 years of warehouse leadership, supervisory experience, or related field experience requiredHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel applicationsValid driver's license and forklift certified, or the ability to become certifiedAbility to lift up to 54 lbs. and push/pull up to 95 lbs. regularlyAbility to work actively on your feet, including walking, climbing, bending, and twisting for an entire shiftAdditional information: Apply today!
