About the Role:

Join eMaids of Camden County as a Professional House Cleaner Team Lead, where you will inspire and manage a dedicated team of cleaning professionals. In this exciting role, you'll ensure our clients receive exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of house cleaners to deliver top-notch cleaning services.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.

Train new team members on cleaning techniques and company policies.

Schedule and assign cleaning tasks based on client needs.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Research for new Client and new Employee leads.

Implement safety protocols and best practices in all cleaning operations.

Assist in resolving any issues that arise during cleaning assignments.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and organization.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety.

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
