Job Title: Lead Trecentist Tosca Automation Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Tricentis Tosca Automation Consultant to lead test automation for an IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.1 environment. The candidate will be responsible for developing automation solutions, building reusable test assets, and working with QA, technical, functional, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Tosca test automation strategy for the IBM MAS 9.1 program.
• Design and develop automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca / Tosca Commander .
• Build reusable modules, components, and regression test suites.
• Automate end-to-end, functional, integration, system, and regression testing .
• Review manual test cases and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and manage test data for automation.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support API and application integration testing.
• Integrate automated testing with CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Track automation metrics and provide testing reports.
• Work closely with QA, developers, business teams, and technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor QA/automation resources.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca and Tosca Commander.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) , preferably MAS 9.1.
• Strong experience in test automation, QA, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing .
• Experience creating reusable Tosca modules and automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing and enterprise application integrations .
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, ERP, EAM, or similar enterprise platforms .
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automation integration .
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Utility or Energy industry experience is a strong plus.
