Role Overview: The Risk Management Specialist position is responsible for assisting the Risk Management team in many of the administrative responsibilities needed to service our clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Administration of and processing of payments on clients’ workers’ compensation policies Providing proof of workers’ compensation insurance as requested by clients Administration support for safety director including tracking of client safety certifications and producing, printing and laminating of said certifications Providing reports to clients for insurance audits Administration of Helpside cyber security training Administration of Helpside bonding insurance needs Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Well organized and detail oriented Intermediate mathematical and data analysis skills Solid written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred Risk management and/or insurance experience a plus, but not required Great Things That Come With Working Here: Health insurance 100% paid by employer (for both employee and family!)
