CBHI Clinical Supervisor

*Salary: $78,000 - $80,000* Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical guidance to our Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative team in the Marlborough area. The Clinical Supervisor will support staff in delivering therapeutic services to children and families both in homes and in the community. Our CBHI team includes In‑Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and In‑Home Behavioral Services. We support families in navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, complex family systems, and substance use. This role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days remote. Are you ready to make a difference? Minimum Education Required Master’s Degree Responsibilities Provide weekly individual supervision to clinicians and paraprofessional staff. Contribute to a welcoming, trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive environment. Facilitate team meetings and trainings in collaboration with the CBHI Leadership Team. Provide direct clinical services to a small number of families, including assessment, treatment planning, and clinical intervention. Collaborate with staff members to devise creative solutions to routine and complex situations. Assist in the hiring and training of new clinical staff. Provide back‑up on‑call support and guidance to clinicians as needed during emergencies. Qualifications Master’s degree in clinical mental health and independent licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD). Minimum of three years of experience providing clinical services to children and families. Previous supervisory experience is a plus; we also love training new supervisors! Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a team atmosphere. Commitment to Advocates values and mission.
