About the Role:
New Life Private Care LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Director RN to lead and elevate our care team in Buford, GA. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and caregivers
Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures
Conduct patient assessments and coordinate individualized care plans
Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and support staff
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
This position requires in-home patient visits within the East Atlanta Metro area

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in private duty or home health care
Prior leadership or management experience in a clinical setting required
Strong knowledge of state and federal home care regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
CPR/BLS certification required
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
Must have a vehicle
