RN Nurse Manager

RN Nurse Manager Opportunity

St Anthony Park Home is a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in St. Paul, and we're looking for an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and make sure every resident receives high-quality, compassionate care. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the tone for their floor.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff across the unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility care standards
• Support resident care planning and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
• Mentor and develop staff, and step in to support direct care when needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and quality records

What We're Looking For:

• Active Minnesota RN license (required)
• Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• A team-first leader who can build a positive, accountable culture

• Pay: $44 to $52 per hour, based on experience
