We are a family of 4 in Central Harlem looking for a reliable, energetic, and caring babysitter to join our household part-time. This role is ideal for a college or graduate student who needs flexibility and enjoys working with children (Girl - 9, Boy 6). Position Details Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:00/3:30 PM - 7:00 PM (guaranteed hours) Flexibility: Availability for occasional weekends, evenings and odd full days. Start Date: May 1 Compensation: Commensurate with experience, with benefits such as paid time off and transit subsidy. Must be willing to take subway / buses / uber / trains for activities and playdates. Prior experience with multiple older children preferred but not required. Be able to plan fun, age appropriate activities for enrichment and socialization. Up to date on vaccinations. This is an important role in our family, and we're seeking someone who can build a meaningful connection with our child and provide reliable support. We value open communication and are happy to discuss compensation and expectations to ensure a great fit for everyone involved.
