Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment. This contract-based opportunity offers the chance to provide direct, in-person services to students, collaborating with dedicated staff to help each child reach their full communicative potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in a K-12 educational setting is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services for students individually or in groups
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal documentation requirements
