This position is ideal for an attorney who loves meeting with clients, designing plans, and explaining legal strategies without the burden of drafting documents. About the Role This attorney will serve as the first point of legal contact for prospective clients. You will conduct initial consultations, lead design meetings, and handle review/signing appointments. Your primary responsibility is to help clients understand their options, build trust, and guide them toward the right estate planning or elder law solution. This is not a drafting role. Our drafting team handles all document preparation. Your focus is on client experience, education, and conversion.
