Architectural Technician: Innovative Pre-Construction Designer

Construo is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their Pre-Construction Technical Design team in Leeds. This role involves developing and coordinating design information from early feasibility stages through to construction. Ideal candidates will have experience in producing detailed technical drawings and a strong understanding of building regulations. Competitive salary between £35,000 – £37,000, discretionary bonuses, pension contributions, and on-site facilities are offered.
