General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Waynesville, NC
We are seeking a Dentist (DMD/DDS) for a locum tenens opportunity in Waynesville, NC. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with including but not limited to surgical extractions, denture steps, digital dentures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Dates: Aug 28
Schedule: Mon-Thur 8a-5p 1 hr lunch, Fri 8a-1p
Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour
Clinical Scope
- Including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
- Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.
Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.
Support Staff
- 1 hygienist and 4 DAs
Requirements
- Active North Carolina dental license
- Active DEA with all schedules
- CSR if required by the state
- Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
