Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Aide for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role involves working closely with students who require behavioral support, helping them build positive skills and succeed in the classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional development
• Collect and document data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and therapists
• Support students with daily classroom activities and transitions
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred
• Background in ABA, paraprofessional work, or similar role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain patient, consistent, and proactive
• High school diploma required; additional education or certification preferred
