divh2MRI Aide/Escort - Part Time/h2pIn this role you will be:/pulliAssist MRI technologists with patient preparation, including screening forms, gowning, and positioning assistance as directed/liliTransport patients safely to and from the MRI suite, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases/liliPerform MRI safety screening for patients, visitors, and staff under technologist supervision/liliMaintain MRI room readiness, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and preparing coils and accessories/liliMonitor patients before, during, and after exams for comfort and safety, reporting concerns to technologists or nursing staff/liliAssist with patient transfers using proper body mechanics and approved lifting devices/liliEnsure MRI safety compliance, including Zone restrictions and removal of ferromagnetic items/liliSupport scheduling flow by communicating patient status and room readiness to the MRI team/liliAssist with contrast exam preparation as allowed by policy (non-clinical tasks only)/liliMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations/liliPerform other duties as assigned to support imaging department operations/li/ulpstrongOther Duties/strong/ppPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
