Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing various tasks that involve the sorting, preparing, and organizing of merchandise for storage and shipping. This role requires the ability to follow a pick sheet, count, verify, and accurately receive merchandise from trucks and containers, while maintaining a high level of order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Follow pick sheets and set up merchandise for shipping.
• Count, verify, and accurately receive merchandise from trucks and containers.
• Sort, prepare, and organize merchandise for storage.
• Maintain high order accuracy and update purchasing on received goods.
• Work under time constraints while meeting productivity, accuracy, and service standards.
• Ensure receiving, sorting, and documentation are done with high precision.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience in inventory control, picking, and packing.
• Ability to operate forklifts and handle materials.
• Strong data entry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have excellent attention to detail and be accuracy focused.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceville, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
