Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming the way in which the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with MBSE tools and is interested in utilizing those tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts.
• Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in STEM field
• 12+ years of experience
• Strong Model-based engineering experience
• Ability to excel in a team setting
• Experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domain

Desired Qualifications:

• Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)
• MDA Experience
• Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability

Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and hold an Active DoD Secret clearance
