Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Comprehensive health screenings including TB testing, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), and annual influenza vaccination (seasonal)
• Completed competency exam and Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training
• Clean background check and drug screening within one year of start date
• California-required sexual harassment training completion
