ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 1994 and am proud to be a second-generation State Farm agent. Insurance has always been a part of my life, and today that legacy continues with my son, who is also a State Farm agent. Over the years, I've built an agency focused on serving customers, supporting our community, and creating a positive environment for our team.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active as an Ironman triathlete, coaching youth sports, and serving as President of the YMCA Board of Directors. Giving back to the community and helping others succeed has always been important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Multi-Line Sales Representative!
40K Base, plus commission. This is a $60-100K Opportunity based on current sales rep numbers and opportunity.

We"re looking for a motivated, people-first sales professional to join our growing State Farm agency team. This isn't just a job, it's a career with a real earning potential and a team that genuinely has your back. You'll work with both new and existing customers to help protect what matters most to them across auto, Home, Business, Life, and more
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Great Attitude and Hard Worker
• Team Player
• Experience in customer service and building relationships
• Coachable

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
