What You'll Do Run in-home estimates for insulation (attics, air sealing) and duct systems Diagnosing comfort and airflow issues Build clear, accurate proposals that solve problems Educate homeowners and close jobs Hand off clean, well-scoped projects to install teams Qualification Experience estimating insulation, HVAC, or duct systems Strong understanding of insulation, thermodynamics and ability to learn ductwork and airflow basics Good with homeowners - clear, confident, not pushy, professional Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with clean driving record Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
