Human Resources Coordinator
GardaWorld Security Services U.S.
GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations for a fast-paced security workforce. In this role, you will coordinate recruiting logistics, onboarding, background checks, and employee records for security personnel across multiple sites. You will assist with benefits enrollment, timekeeping, scheduling updates, and policy communication, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Working closely with HR and operations leaders, you’ll help resolve employee inquiries, track training and certifications, and support a culture focused on safety, integrity, and professionalism.
