Sales Coordinator

Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. Salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 with bonus/commission potential. Hours are Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. Our client is a start-up home care company with decades of experience in the industry and significant funding! About the Role We are seeking a driven, energetic Admissions & Sales Coordinator to serve as the key link between referral sources, healthcare professionals, and prospective clients. This is a relationship- and results-driven role focused on guiding families through the admissions process and converting referrals into admitted clients. Responsibilities Speak with prospective clients and families, guiding them through the admissions process Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals Follow up consistently and persistently on open referrals to maximize conversions Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while staying organized Learn and master the company's intake process (full training provided) Partner closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth client experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple leads/opportunities at once Able to commute on-site 5 days/week to Uniondale, NY Healthcare industry experience is not required - full training provided Preferred (not required): prior experience in insurance verification, intake coordination, or admissions coordination, ideally within a larger healthcare organization Benefits 10 days PTO (flexible) #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo-Resources
