Permanent Housing Advocate for Shelter Residents
Acacia Network
Acacia Network is seeking a Housing Specialist for various locations in New York. The ideal candidate will help individuals in shelters find permanent housing, working closely with community organizations and landlords. Responsibilities include assisting clients with applications, negotiating lease terms, and preparing reports. The role requires an Associate's Degree, 2 years of housing assistance experience, and knowledge of DHS regulations.
