Job Title: RN Registered Nurse (RN) Post Intensive Care- III Full Time Night Location: Clara Maass Medical Center – 1 CLARA MAASS DRIVE, BELLEVILLE, NJ 07109 Department: Post Intensive Care- III Shift: Night (7:00pm - 7:30am), Full Time. Every other weekend required. Schedule varies based on needs. Pay Range: $47.62 - $56.39 per hour (New Jersey) Job Overview Located in Belleville, Clara Maass Medical Center offers comprehensive care for a wide variety of medical conditions. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Associate degree in nursing Obtain ACLS Certification within six (6) months of hire Preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and writing skills Minimum two (2) years RN experience in Critical Care or Telemetry Certifications and Licenses Required Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement BLS certification through American Heart Association Scheduling Requirements Night Shift – 7:00pm - 7:30am Full Time Every other weekend required. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs. Essential Functions The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized, age‑specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies. Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning, and unit performance improvement evaluation activities.
