Position Overview: The Personal Lines Account Manager/Account Executive plays a key role in supporting our clients and strengthening long‑term relationships. This position is responsible for managing day‑to‑day service needs, ensuring policy accuracy, coordinating renewal activities, and delivering a consistent, high‑quality client experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and care. Every interaction, whether answering a coverage question, processing a change request, or reviewing a renewal, should reflect our agency’s dedication to excellence and client trust. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries. Process requests and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with insurance carriers regarding coverage and policy updates. Maintain thorough and organized client files within the agency management system. Develop and retain business through proactive service and relationship management. Ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations. Contribute to a positive team environment and support agency growth initiatives. Qualifications: Personal Lines insurance experience in a customer service or account management role (preferred). Property & Casualty Insurance license, preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
