Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager or Director with experience in engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services to lead proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development support.Must have 7+ years of experience in an AEC marketing environment with a focus on RFPs. Must be able to work ideally a 4/1 hybrid work model in Boston but our client is open to 3/2 as well. Salary range is 100-130K depending on experience and qualifications.This role is ideal for a strong writer and project manager who can turn technical information into clear, client-focused content while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead development of proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations in response to RFQs and RFPsPartner with leadership and technical teams to create compelling marketing and business development materialsMaintain and update project experience, staff resumes, client references, photography, and testimonialsManage website, blog, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other social media contentMaintain CRM and marketing databases, including reporting for proposals and business development activitiesSupport advertisements, industry events, lead tracking, and other business development initiatives
