We are seeking an experienced Civil, Structural, and Architectural Inspector to support an active construction project in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

The CSA Inspector will monitor construction activities for compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and established inspection requirements. This individual will document field observations, identify deficiencies, communicate concerns to project stakeholders, and help ensure that civil, structural, and architectural work is completed accurately and safely.

• Compensation : $50.00 - $60.00 per hour with potential flexibility based on experience and qualifications
• Per Diem: $161 per day for eligible employees, subject to company policy and applicable tax requirements
• Schedule: On-site; specific schedule, overtime, and weekend requirements to be confirmed

The ideal candidate has three to five years of commercial or industrial construction experience, can confidently interpret construction drawings and specifications, and is comfortable working in an active jobsite environment. Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical construction projects is highly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of civil, structural, and architectural construction activities.
• Review construction work for compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable codes.
• Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings, details, schedules, and specifications.
• Inspect concrete placement, reinforcing steel, structural steel, foundations, site utilities, and architectural finishes.
• Verify that materials, installation methods, and completed work meet project requirements.
• Observe construction activities and document inspection findings accurately and promptly.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, field notes, photographs, punch-list items, and other required project documentation.
• Identify deficiencies, deviations, or potential quality concerns and communicate them to the appropriate project team members.
• Track corrective actions and follow up on identified deficiencies through resolution.
• Participate in project meetings, coordination discussions, site walks, and quality reviews as requested.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, project managers, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Use tablets and construction management software to record, organize, and submit inspection documentation.
• Support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project.
• Maintain organized and accurate inspection records.
• Follow all company, project, client, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties based on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification.
• Experience supporting mission-critical construction.
• Data center construction experience.
• Experience using one or more of the following : Procore/BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Similar construction management or inspection software
• Relevant inspection certifications, such as ACI, ICC, AWS/CWI, NICET, or comparable credentials.
• Experience preparing nonconformance reports, punch lists, corrective-action documentation, or quality-control reports.
• Experience working with general contractors, owners’ representatives, engineering firms, or third-party inspection teams.

• Ability to recognize incomplete, noncompliant, or potentially defective work.

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with email, electronic documentation, tablets, and web-based construction platforms.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Experience inspecting or overseeing civil, structural, or architectural construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret: Civil drawings/Structural drawings/Architectural drawings/Construction specifications
• Working knowledge of: Concrete placement/Rebar installation/Structural steel/Foundations/Site utilities/Architectural finishes
• Experience documenting inspections, field observations, quality concerns, or construction progress.
• Ability to identify construction deficiencies and communicate concerns professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary project team.
• Comfortable using tablets and digital construction documentation tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position is primarily performed at an active construction site. The employee may be required to:

• Walk and stand for extended periods.
• Navigate uneven terrain, active work areas, stairs, ladders, and temporary access points.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Wear required personal protective equipment.
• Bend, climb, reach, and inspect work from various elevations or confined vantage points.
• Lift or carry materials or equipment consistent with normal construction inspection duties.
• Work around construction equipment, noise, dust, and other typical jobsite conditions.

Compensation and Per Diem

The anticipated annual compensation range is approximately $55,000–$65,000, with potential flexibility for a candidate whose experience, certifications, and mission-critical construction background significantly exceed the minimum requirements.

Eligible employees may receive a $161 daily per diem while assigned to the Stillwater project. Per diem eligibility, payment frequency, qualifying workdays, distance requirements, and tax treatment will be governed by company policy and applicable regulations.

The selected candidate may be required to successfully complete job-related pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, motor vehicle record review, site-access verification, or other client-specific requirements.
