Studio Manager (General Manager)

StretchLab Darien is Hiring a Studio Manager who wants clear expectations, strong leadership support, and real performance upside — not a sit-back retail job.

Location: Darien, CT

Base: $52-$55K Annual+ strong monthly bonus opportunity

Employment Type: Full-time

This is a hands-on leadership role where you run the studio like your own business. You'll have:

What You'll Own:

Lead the Studio Business

Drive membership sales and retention
Manage daily operations and staffing
Execute local marketing and outreach

Build a Strong Team

Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
Set expectations and track performance
Develop future leaders

Run the Numbers

Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
Identify issues early and act quickly
Keep the studio on track week-to-week

What We're Looking For:

Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business
Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals
Strong organization and follow-through
Confident leading conversations and coaching staff
High-ownership mindset

This Role Is NOT Ideal For Someone Who Wants:

Minimal performance tracking
A purely administrative manager role
A slow corporate environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $52-$55K Annual
Monthly performance bonuses
