Requirements:

• Current, active license as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• One year of experience required
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide acute care and swing bed patient care according to evidence-based practice.
• Evaluate health status through the collection and assessment of health data.
• Deliver health teaching and counseling to patients.
• Implement supportive and restorative therapy and treatment either directly or indirectly.
• Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record regarding patient care activities.
• Collaborate with ancillary departments and providers to address the comprehensive needs of patients.
